How to Find Your Happiness

It can feel hard to be happy, especially when it feels like so much is working against you. But that’s just the thing: When you focus on the negative, on what’s creating disturbance in your life, it’s impossible to be happy. Because you attract more of what you focus on.

This week on YouTube, I’m sharing a video on what happiness is, how to get there, and how to let go of some of the disturbance and disconnect that you’re bound to experience at different points in life.

Being happy isn’t something we’re born into; we need to pursue it with our actions and our thoughts. And happiness doesn’t mean that we’re bursting with excitement and exuberance. To many, it feels like calm contentment because that’s more sustainable and lasting.

Take a watch, and if you’re ready to build a life of happiness, let’s talk! Or download my Recipe for Happiness training and get started on your own.
