Being Selfish Isn’t Actually Selfish

How you view self-care can determine how happy you are. If you think self-care is selfish and you rarely take the time to take care of yourself (whatever that means for you), you’ll empty your tank quickly and with no reserves.

We need to make conscious choices every day to take care of ourselves and to put away the negative voices telling us that we’re not worthy and don’t have time to pursue our own needs.

This week, I’m sharing more about why it’s okay to be selfish with your own needs, because that’s not really being selfish at all.
